Phylis is married and is the mother of three amazing sons, two cats, and a dog. Born and educated in Kentucky, she has lived in Green Hills and Franklin for 20 years. Her interests include art, architecture, antiques, interior design, cooking, gardening, writing, cycling and soccer.
