I began my career in Real Estate over 20 years ago in Real Estate sales with Realty World. I later worked at a Century 21 office. Over the years I have expanded my services to include originating loans, first in residential and later doing commercial loans. I started working at Countrywide Home Loans for a year and then expanded my horrizons with the Mortgage Broker I am curently with: Priority Mortgage.

When a offer comes in, I know whether or not the escrow can even close, just by getting a little more information about the buyer anfd his loan parameters.

LOSS MITIGATION CONSULTANT: All this experience just adds to the expertise needed to resolve and recommend alternatives to borrowers whose mortgages that may be headed towards foreclosure. I enjoy working with people, and always move toward the most positive outcome of our transactions.

My family traveled around the world as my father worked with the US Embassy for many years. I ended up studying linguistics at the Universidad Catolica de Quito, a program sponsored, at that time, by Georgetown University.

Later, while residing in Buenos Aires, after participating in a three year program, I went on to become a simultaneous interpreter for the U.N. In a short time I realized that it was probably the most stressful job imaginable (as if Real Estate Sales isn't).

This ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English has allowed me to be able to explain the contractual information fully and clearly to my Hispanic clients, as well as communicating more clearly with my English speaking clientele.

Communication is a key factor for a successful real estate carreer. Being able to correctly interpret the needs of my clients is essencial. I love the challenge of finding the right home for my clients and sucessfully closing escrow in a timely and professional manner.
