Hello my name is Richard Perkins, I was born and raised in the San Joaquin valley. I moved here and made my home in Amador/Calaveras counties over twenty years ago. I started comming here with my dad and grandfather over forty years ago, we hunted, fished and enjoyed the many outdoor activities this area has to offer. I always wanted to live here and knew I would someday. Now this is my home and what most people dream of doing I live out everyday of my life. Everyday of my life I breathe fresh air and enjoy the uncrowded streets of these many small mountain towns. The sites of wildlife, the smell of pinetrees and the views of the distant mountain ranges are always breathtaking, with every changing season you will notice something different.
