One might consider me a globetrotting Realtor.  Being married to a member of the military as he served twenty four years active duty, I obtained along the way licenses to sell real estate in California, Maryland, Virginia, Florida Salesman, California again, and Florida Broker. People are amazed to learn that until recently there was no reciprocity so each time we moved, I relicensed and retrained.  People laugh when I tell them that the first license I obtained was in California in 1970 at which time we promptly moved to GUAM.  Hubby retired from military in 1992, and we settled finally in Pensacola after living in the area for a total of 9 years through two tours of duty.

Yes, I do understand what relocation means and have lived it for quite a number of years.  Trials usually make one stronger so I feel particularly adept at serving our military personnel as they come and go in and out of Pensacola.  Obtaining the CRS and GRI designations was particularly rewarding and continues to help sustain a high level of professionalism in our business.  I work with both buyers and sellers extensively.

Pensacola is a charming area with sugar white beaches, sparkling blue water, and a warm friendly populace.  As past Mayor Vince Whibbs always said, "Welcome to the Sunshine State where thousands live as millions wish they could".  So, ya'll come to see us.  Christine

My primary market area is Northeast Pensacola, however,  I live just off Interstate 10 so I jump on and am gone to all parts of our two county area which encompasses Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties in minutes. People ask, "How long does it take to get to ?" I always say that in our area it is about 30 minutes to anywhere.  Naval Air Station is in Escambia County and Whiting Field is in Santa Rosa County; I have worked both extensively.

When my son and HS60L pilot instructed at Whiting Field, he hauled me down every dirt road in both counties looking at every piece of waterfront and every foreclosure he could find.  My daughter in law would sit in the back seat and go to sleep, but he never tired of looking at all that property. 

Sooo, if you want it and we have it, I can find it. 

In our office, our Broker/Owner sends a little survey along with a dollar to our past clients.  He asks them to give a satisfaction rating and enjoy a cup of java on him.  I keep telling him, he needs to put in a five dollar bill so they can go to Starbucks.  I like the surveys though because they give us honest feedbackon customer opinion as to our services.  I can point with pride to my critiques which I will gladly share.
