A little INFO about PATTY~Realtor in Lewiston ID, Clarkston WA
Welcome to my profile the Lewis Clark Valley Gateway to Hells Canyon where you will learn all about this fantastic Lewis-Clark Valley and about the wonderful Idaho Real Estate available including homes, farms, investment and commercial real estate and an entire MLS Search that is updated daily.
I am licensed in Idaho and Washington and serve the Lewis Clark Valley including the major cities of Lewiston Idaho, Clarkston Washington, Asotin Washington and the surrounding Lewis Clark Valley area on the border of Idaho & Washington. I have trained many Realtors as owner of my own Real estate company R*/M** of the Valley for 15 years. I have spent the past 22 years developing a system that focuses on my clients needs and takes care of them before, during and after the closing. I have learned to surround myself with excellent consumer service focused professionals which include mortgage lenders and home inspectors, title companies, appraisers. I prefer to use the same companies that are tried and true and will be here when the real estate market is strong or weak and that place customer service, integrity and honor at the head of their list of goals they strive for.
I have also created a website Search LewisClark Valley Homes that has taken me over 12 years to refine and receives thousands of hits per month.
My philosophy is that if I take care of my clients/customers needs they will take care of me! I make a commission from the sale of a home but I make my living off of what my clients/customers tell their friends and family.

All about IDAHO
Boise is our capital and one of the fastest growing cities in the nation Discover Boise and thousands of people relocate to Boise each year. Beautiful parks, restaurants, and bike path border the Boise River which runs through the heart of Boise. Boise is the home to Micron Technology, Albertsons Grocery and a huge Hewlett Packard facility.
Kamiah, Idaho is nestled on the beautiful banks of the Clearwater River, surrounded by scenic foothills. Heritage meets the modern day world as the forward looking residents of this quaint town focus on the future without losing site of the past. Before history was recorded in this part of the west, Kamiah was the winter home of the Nez Perce Indians. It was here they came to fish for steelhead, a mainstay in their diet, and to manufacture "Kamia" ropes, hence the name Kamiah, meaning the place of "many rope litters"
Orofino, Idaho is a land of all seasons, with something for everyone the whole year round. Beautiful mountains, crystal clear rivers, babbling brooks and turquoise lakes surround this cozy town of just over 3,200. Orofino got its start in 1898 due to the inflow of settlers and the construction of the railroad up river. The name Oro Fino means "fine gold" in Spanish. It was taken from a gold rush town called "Oro Fino" that was located near Pierce that later burned down. The post office objected to a two- word name and the town joined the two words and it became Orofino.

 1st Time Home Buyers
Rob & Kelly Enger closed 7-24-2008 My wife and I had been looking at houses thinking it was time to upgrade from our teeny tiny little apartment and get a home of our own. I was driving past a house that had had a sign saying "Open House" and thought to myself, "I have nothing else to do and this way I don't have to bother an agent to unlock a house I probably won't like or can't afford anyway", so I stopped in. This is where I met Cameron for the first time. What a fun and energetic guy he was. He wanted to help me out in any way possible. He asked if I would leave my info so he could send me e-mails on new listings. So I gave it to him. He sent me e-mails about 3 times a week and every 2 weeks or so would call me just to make sure he wasn't bothering me. He did all this work thinking he would never get my business, what a mover and shaker!!! Every time we called or e-mailed, Cameron answered with enthusiasm and speed. It didn't matter if it was 10pm on a Sunday night, he was there for us, unlocking doors to unoccupied houses and contacting owners for a "last minute" showing. His dedication was encouraging and his relaxed manner helped keep the tedious process of house-hunting fun. Then one day it finally happened.....he found the perfect home for us. We decided this house was the one we needed to make an offer on and almost instantly, we were signing the closing papers on our house! Cameron and Patty were so helpful doing all the paperwork for us and explaining what everything meant in terms even I could understand. They kept in touch every step of the way, letting us know how things were going and making sure the paperwork was moving along in a speedy fashion. As everything progressed, I really started noticing that they were just as excited (if not more) about our new home as we were. I would definitely recommend anyone to see them for their home buying or selling needs. I hope we don't need their real estate expertise for a long time, but when the time comes I guarantee we will be looking to them again. Thanks for everything you did for us Cameron and Patty!!! MOVING BACK HOME!
My family and I decided to move back home after two years in the Boise area. After dealing with many different agents via email and their web pages I had given up. I was browsing MySpace and found Rock-n-Roll Realty had a mySpace page so I decided to give it one more shot. To my surprise Cameron Jewett got back to me very quickly. It was very difficult to look at houses when we were 250 miles away and he and Patty Luther both seemed to understand that. I made a trip home to visit and decided that while I was here I'd stop by and see if they had time to show me a house or two, and they did, even without an appointment. We went around to several homes and wrote an offer on a home that day. Both Patty and Cameron were very helpful and excited to help us. They walked us through everything. I was still living down in Boise and my husband had moved back to the Lewiston area working a graveyard shift. The emailed information back and forth and worked with my husband's crazy shift and made buying a home very simple. Thank you Patty and Cameron for everything. I'd recommend Rock-n-Roll Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Who would have guessed that MySpace was for more than just fun and games? June 30, 2008 Thank you Rock-n-Roll Realty! 1st Time Homebuyer Relocated
"Looking for a new house to buy, my first experience to be dealing with a real estate agency, I was a bit tentative having heard many stories and not knowing exactly what to expect. But, when Cameron Jewett of Rock-n-Roll Realty told me that they would take care of all the paperwork and details so that buying my house would be a fun and exciting experience, I knew that Rock-n-Roll Realty was the perfect agency for me! Cameron clued in right away to what kind of house and setting I was looking for. Communications with Cameron and Patty were excellent even though I was a time zone and many miles distant, and they coordinated all the details and parties involved. Best of all, Cameron and Patty proved to be honest and genuinely friendly folks. I would recommend Rock-n-Roll Realty to anyone looking for a great real estate experience! Sincerely, Deborah Ackley" Deborah Ackley Fri Apr 4 2008 Deborah Ackley
