As a lifelong resident of Nags Head, I'm informed as to what the trends have been in business, erosion tendencies, town policies, the histories of parcels, and pretty much the activities of the past 50 years. There have been times while showing properties along the Outer banks that the client would state that they had vacationed the area as a child and could remember the place they stayed, but couldn't find it now. Ther are many,many tips for good fishing, but one that's foremost is, when not enticing with a lure, is to use fresh bait. Use frozen bait only at the last resort.
