The Winn Team specializes in new homes by EMW Construction, Inc.   We have two subdivisions, The Woodlands and Legacy Grove, in the East Limestone / Madison / Athens area that are exclusive to our builders.

I have a Masters in Computer Science from UAH and have made a career change from Boeing to full time mom so that I can spend more time with my family.  While at Boeing I worked on the Space Station, GMD, and other defense projects.    Now that I have more time I am actively involved in church at The Grove in Madison leading the Awana program.  

I recently got my Real estate license so that I can help my husband by showing homes and learn more about what our customers want so that I can improve the design of the homes built by EMW Construction, Inc.

The Winn Team specializes in Real Estate in the Madison and East Limestone area.   We have lived in this area since 1984 and can help you find or build your dream home in this area.
