Buying a home should not be complicated or create anxiety for anybody involved. It should be fun and exciting. I take care of things behind the scenes. Any transaction involves so many parties; buyer, seller, mortgage co, title co, inspectors, repair people, etc... All should be handled with grace and organization. It is my job to make that happen without you realizing how much work it is!  You will think that it just happens.   

With my background in Sales Management, I have many years of success building territories, managing staff, negotiating contracts and working with many different types of people from all over the world. I can make things happen.

My focus is in the Naples/Bonita areas usually with 2nd home or investor buyers and sellers. Naples, FL is one of the highest median priced homes in Florida, allowing me to work with many different price ranges, but all in the luxury market. I like to work with both buyers and sellers. This allows me to exercise my knowledge from both sides of the sale. It also keeps my perspective fresh.
