I have lived in Needham since I graduated from High School in 1965.    We have re-built our home while we lived in it and if you think that was easy forget it.  I got my real estate brokers license in 1979 when my son entered the first grade.  I worked full time from 1979 to 1982.  I sold 20+ homes the first 2 years and then the bottom fell out and the interest rates were from 12 to 19% so I began a second income home business.   I started this unrelated business which helped me for many years.  I officially started back to real estate in August 2005.  Fine time to come back when the market that had been so hot started to cool down considerably.  Since then I have sold and listed 9 homes.  It has been really fun coming back and the bug along with the knowledge never left even though I had been pursuing outher endeavors.    

I am a first time buyer expert and I love to work with first time home buyers and seeing the joy they experience when they find the right home.  I am really good at details and staying on top of priorities.  I respond with answers as quickly as possible. 

I also love working with sellers and have helped people of all ages to sell their home.  I am very patient and a good listener.  It helps that I am a people person and very relational.

I have been active in Town Government as a past town meeting member, president of the Rotary Club of Needham, our son went through all the Needham Schools.  I have coordinated the reading program at the Eliot Elementary School.  I deliver meals on wheels to shut ins.  I have been Team Captain of the "Light the Night" Leukemia & Lymphoma Society event that happens in the fall to raise money for this worth-while cause 3 years in a row.  My son has taken that position now.  He is a a leukemia survivor and wants to give back.

I know Needham so well because I have lived here for 43 years but I am comfortable, very informed and work in the following communities as well: Wellesley, Dover, Sherborn, Weston, Newton, Dedham, Westwood, Natick, South Natick and Holliston.

Working with people and helping them find what they are looking is very rewarding for me.  I just enjoy the whole process and the joy that is evident on their faces and the mission is accomplished.
