My name is Steven Pascua and I am a Realtor with Gulf Properties in Gulfport , Mississippi.  I am a long life resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast.  I have worked in the customer service industry for the last 10 years.  I started my customer service experience as a Front Services Supervisor for Beau Rivage Resort and Casino.  I have been Realtor for almost 3 years.  In all aspect of real estate I have learned that you have to be loyal and trust worthy to your clients and help them understand and prepare themselves for there investment.  With my customer experience in hand I would love to be your Realtor.

Most of my experience has been with home buyers whether they are first time buyers or repeditive buyers in finding the right home for them.  I also list and sell houses of any price range along the the gulf coast area. Gulf Properties is also affiliated Hallmark Mortgage Company, so I can help the buyer with there real estate and loan needs.  I love my job and I love working with poeple to help them build their dreams.  I also work for a developer/construction company who builds beautiful high end homes.  Our homes consist of brick exterior, high ceilings, triple crown molding,custom cabinets, hardwood floors, ceramic tile, granite gounter tops and much more.
