I have been a Realtor in Paradise California since 1986 and have received many awards over the years but in 2006 I acheived the coveted Diamond Society designation from Coldwell Banker.  This designation is one of the top honors awarded Agents for superior production and is one of my proudest accomplishments in what many are calling a down market.  As President of the Paradise Association of Realtors in 2008, I am also a State Director for the California Association of Realtors.  As President I hope to lead our Association into 2009 and set an example for all my fellow agents.

Paradise California is a wonderful community located approximately half way between Sacramento and the Oregon border, in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains.  We have been named several times in different publications as one of the ten best places to retire in the nation.  Needless to say I am very experienced with young retirees and specialize in this area.  I am also proud to announce in the last 60 days I have assisted 3 families in obtaining over 110,000 from the Town of Paradise working with their First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance program.  There are many families who have realized the American Dream of homeownership because I took the time and training to allow me to assist them with the purchase of their home.  I am currently on the Northern California Relocation Team for Coldwell Banker and help people from all over the country in all different walks of life to re-locate to beautiful Northern California.
