I've been with Allegiance since 1995.  I've enjoyed helping so many people.  What I find most rewarding is 1st time home buyers, those who never thought they would own a home in the near future, but just called me with some questions.   Being a part in helping change those families lives and seeing the pride they have as sudden and unexpected 1st time home owner is truly rewarding.   Also, my day is brightened by helping others who called me stressed out over bills, in a final act of desperation, after being told by others they could not be helped, or could not obtain a reasonable rate...I can be pretty creative.  I've often helped people figure out how to meet downpayment requirements or get a quick boost to their credit score to earn a better rate.  

In contrast to the helping hand I personally enjoy providing to those who are a little lost, most of our customers are white collar professionals who are shopping for a loan.  They are looking for low rates and someone who has been in business for a long time and can handle their loan easily. 

I have Finance background, BA Magna Cum Laude.  I'm also one of a handful of Certified Residential Mortgage Specialists in PA (CRMS), and was one of the 1st.
