We are a licensed real estate brokerage company operating in the State of New Jersey.

Unlike traditional real estate agents, we work only for and represent the home buyer's side in a real estate transaction at a time.  What this means is that we practice Single Agency, exclusively, for Home Buyer's Only.  As a result, we never have a "conflict of interest" as traditional agents often have.  If a Buyer is a "client" of our office, we guarantee they will receive our full-time, undivided representation.

Pamela Bell is the Licensed Broker of Record and the Manager of our office.  Pamela holds numerous real estate advanced designations including the ABR (Accredited Buyer Agent), ABRM (Accredited Buyer Representative Manager), CBA (Certified Buyer Agent), e-PRO (Internet Certified Professional), and RECS (Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist). 

Pamela is also a former Director of the Liberty Board of Realtors (formerly the Hudson County Board of Realtors).  She has been licensed in New Jersey for over 20 years.

Codie Bell is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist).  Codie also holds several advanced degrees including a PhD. in finance and accounting, MBA (Finance) and MS (Management Information Systems).  Codie worked for a number of years in the information consulting area before helping to organize our real estate practice and internet tool kit. 

We are members of the National Association of Realtors®  (NAR),  the New Jersey Association of Realtors®  (NJAR), and the Liberty Board of Realtors®.  We are also unique in being managed by a New Jersey Real Estate Broker who is not only a "Certified Buyer Agent" but who is also an "Accredited Buyer Representative Manager (ABRM)".  We are also members of the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Counsel (REBAC) and The Council of Residential Specialists (CRS).
