I have learned from a very successful man that Attitude is EVERYTHING!!!!  I choose to surround myself with positive people because you have the power to not let negativity impact you.  I have also learned that we must treat this as our full time business if we want to be successful, it is tough to be a part time success.  I have been in the Lending Business since 1998, with Countrywide Home Loans since January 2001.  I am very proud to say I work for the number 1 Lender in the Country, we have a loan for most every scenario.  I would like to say I have become successful all by myself but that would not be true.  My underwriter has played a huge role in this too.  I will be the first to tell you that I do not know everything.  If I did, I would not need an underwriter.  This is one thing we have over most other Lenders, our underwriters are in our office.  If there is any questions that I may have or any of my Realtors may have, she is a desk away.  It is not like you are trying to see the Great and Mighty Oz behind the curtain.  I am local, she is local.
