I don't work the typical 9-5.  I have been know to actually show up a couple of minutes early and stay 10 minutes late-  just kidding.  I love real estate- I love working with buyers and sellers- both offer different oppertunities for me to do what I love to do best.  I got my brokers lisc in 2004 and hit the ground running.  Small town life has a lot to offer-  we are located close to two larger cities in SW MO (Joplin & Springfield) and specialize in working with builders and out of state returnies.  We have land, we have homes, we have commercial, we do it all.  New to blogging, here's a look at my other life-  www.myquiltblog.com/quilt4younow   Looking forward to working with you.

Relocated my business to the REMAX Solutions office in OZARK,MO the end of Sept 08.  Plans are to continue working Barry, Lawrence & Dade counties to the west of Springfield and add Greene, Taney & Webster counties to my sandbox.

I am a big fan of the 'teach a man to fish' theory.  We strive to educate our sellers and buyers and enclude them in the total processes of the real estate business.  I am very hands on and direct.  I am known for playing well with others.  I am comfortable outside my comfort area.  I am also a fan of not knowing everything, but knowing someone who does.  Our office has a great sence of cooperation and sharing for the customers best interest.  Our job is to get it done right the first time so the expierence is a smooth as possible.  If you are reading this section to see the awards, class accrediations etc...  I have them, you need to stop by the office to see the box I put them in.  My most prized awards are the referrals from satified clients.  be good  cw
