| We received exceptional service from Holt! He sent us listings and followed up with us until we were able to come to the Charleston area to begin looking at homes. He scheduled all appointments and was timely and informative on all the listings. He is very knowledgeable about properties and areas and amenities. | I attempted to work with several realtors before finding Holt. Without being too dramatic, Holt is, without a doubt, the very best realtor that we have ever worked with. His passion for his job, his professionalism, and his ability to make you feel so comfortable through all stages of the home buying process is simply astounding. We had been both "let down" by several realtors in the aspects of not returning phone calls, not fully attempting their personal best at finding us the "perfect house", as well as feeling that the various realtors were simply looking for a commission, while bypassing our finances, expectations, and "dreams". I cannot say enough wonderful things about Holt and his work ethic, his ability to go the "extra mile" for you, and his innate way of communicating with you as a person and not simply a "number". I have recommended Holt to various friends who are either in the process (or will be soon in the future) of finding a new home, and I have zero doubts that he will give the exact immense and diligent service to them, as he has given to us. He made, what seemed to be, a near impossible task of locating the "right" house for our needs, wants, and combining all of that to our financial situation. To state it bold and simply, Holt "gets it". He has surpassed every realtor that I have yet to come across, and that spreads across living in 4 different states in either leasing or looking to buy homes. | As first time home buyers, my wife and I are extremely thankful for the buying services, local real estate knowledge, and the personality Mr. Clarke offered. My wife and I have rented in Charleston for just under two years and didn't really know how to start or proceed with buying a home. The process always looked very appealing but also overwhelming. We had considerations such as the pros and cons of buying a slightly older home for a lower budget or investing in a new construction at a higher price. These considerations and more were worked through with ease as Mr. Clarke guided us through the steps of preapprovals and looking at a number of homes in person. Mr. Clarke did a great job covering a spectrum of houses that gave us house size and maintenance perspectives but also stayed within our style and preferences. After just a couple weeks, Mr. Clarke was able to help us sign a contract on a 2014 new construction home, that not only had the amenities we liked but also the energy efficiencies to make our home utilities more affordable. We are currently finalizing the contract and hope to close soon on our new home! Mr Clarke is someone I would definitely recommend for his realtor services. He has a can do attitude and seeks to share the happiness that buying a home often brings. |

| Holt is an asset to you in every fashion - customer service is his number one priority and he knows his stuff! You will really feel as though you are in the best hands because you are. Care, knowledge and commitment are his priorities to you. He was always responsive with me and answered all of my questions in a concise helpful manner to help decide what was the best avenue for me to pursue.
