I want to thank you for all your help, guidance, suggestions, gentle pushes, friendship, and honesting regarding our vastly successful real estate investing in the Outer Banks! You have been a tremendous help to me and my family after we embarked on the need to invest in real estate. As you know, my regular business is providing Service Award Programs to clients here in the Northeast. Our clients tell us personal service is their MOST important issue. I have come to appreciate the incredible personal service you have provided to us in the past four years. As I go anywhere else for possible real estate deals, I have never found anyone as helpful and knowledgeable as you. 

When you took it upon yourself with just a small suggestion to read Rich Dad, Poor Dad, so that you could get into my mind set (to better understand our investment needs), I really knew I had the right guy! The other thing is you made us so much damn money! 

You never promised more than average returns on our fist house (oceanfront) when we literally knew nothing about it, even though the market was booming at that time (close to 30% +/- annual return). 

The numbers since have been phenomenal, yet you have always told me what I need to know rather than what I wanted to hear. 

You are a total, dedicated professional, as well as being our "eyes and ears on the OBX" for ownership issues that really go above and beyond what you get paid to do. Because of your willingness to do this, I have totally ignored all the notices I get (constantly) in the mail to go to other realtors for investing in the Outer Banks. 

There IS NO OTHER REALTOR worth going with but you. It would take me days to explain here all you have done for us, but I want to thank you for all of it.
