Our Network Concept came about in order to reach transferees and people from across the street and around the world wanting to retire or move to our area.  Since we service the area that includes the Corporate World Headquarters of such names as Wal-Mart, J. B. Hunt, and Tyson's Foods we felt it was time that a sales organization should be created that could adequately address the needs of our rapidly expanding area. 

Our Marketing Concept is almost unique to our area.  Our sales associates do not pay monthly fees for office space or a strict commission split with the office.  Our associates pay a modest transaction fee on each sale and provide their own advertising and incidental costs.  

Unlike many of the offices in this area our associates do not set "Floor Time", attend countless "Office Meetings" or conduct a weekly "Company Caravan of Homes".   Each associate is free to create their own schedules in order to concentrate on the needs of their clients rather than trying to impress people.  I am available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to answer any questions they may have, or assist them with their clients if the need arises.  We do offer our associates evening or morning classes in the latest techniques and technologies that have become available, and on the different programs that I have developed over the years, in order to better serve our clients. 

If you call our office on one of our properties that you have an interest in, you will be put in touch with the Realtor who listed the property instead of an agent setting "Floor Time" who may or may not have even seen the property.   We have adopted this approach to better assist our buyers and sellers in reaching their real estate goals.
