Showing
Handling all arrangements for the showing of units to prospective tenants.

Tenant Qualification/Processing
Thorough tenant screening utilizing local and out-of-state credit bureau reports, employment and tenancy references, personal interviews, and current character references. Following approval, all phases of lease negotiations and document preparation.

Rent Collection & Bookkeeping
Prompt collection of monthly and seasonal rents, collection and recording of security deposits, computerized accounting, and monthly reconciliation and disbursement of owner rental funds.

Maintenance
