Description:Virginia is a Realtor in Long Beach, CA specializing in Residential and Residential Income properties. "Because 28 Years of Negotiating Skills Matters!"

About Virginia

Having been in sales all of her adult life, Virginia has mastered the art of negotiation, a crucial skill needed for successful real estate sales and purchase transactions. Negotiations do not stop with the purchase agreement being signed by both buyer and seller. Throughout the escrow period, there are many other points that need to be worked out. One of the most common is who will pay for repairs to the property that are brought to light after an inspection has been completed, buyer or seller? It is very important to have excellent representation with regard to negotiating on your behalf. Virginia has a won the conficence and respect of her clients with her savvy ability to complete purchases and sales with ease. Eighty percent of Virginia's business is from repeat clients.

In a past life, Virginia was a loan officer for a mortgage brokerage company. Virginia is very knowledgable about the loan process and is able to guide her clients and answer their general questions. However, she does not believe that a real estate agent should also be the loan officer performing dual duty with clients. There is not enough time in the day for a real estate agent to keep up with new market trends, technology, and client needs if the agent is also a loan officer. That practice is a grave disservice to the client. Virginia strives to be excellent in her field and leaves the loan process to the experts in mortgage loans. She has a list of lenders to refer her clients to. They are loan officers that have proven themselves to be trustworthy and are very educated about the current loan products and market conditions.

Testimonials

"Virginia is my agent and my family's agent for ever. We have friends from church and other places that are agents and we talk about real estate with them, but we will only use Virginia. She handles all the details and makes everything happen the way it should. She always keeps us informed and on time with what we need to get done."  Doreen M.

"We spent over a year looking at homes to buy with Virginia. I was our first home and a very difficult seller's market. She didn't give up on us even when we would have. We finally found a great home to call our own just weeks before our wedding. Virginia made it happen and we believe we got a great home for a great price. She is not just our agent, she is our friend." Caroline and Rudy Z.

"When my condo wasn't selling, I was finally ready to listen to what Virginia had been telling me all along. It needed paint and some staging. Virginia took me around to see other condos that were decorated the way she described what she wanted me to do with mine. We then went to the paint store together to pick out colors. Although she wanted colors that were much darker than I would have chosen, I went with her suggestions. WOW! With a bit of simple staging, some new light fixtures, cabinet knobs and the new paint, I was under contract within a week. I tell all my family, friends and neighbors about what a good agent she is." Julianne K.
