We have a full time staff to answer all your questions, book your inspections, or send over those last minute forms to closing.  This is benificial for 2 reasons.  You are not talking to an inspector who is on the road and away from the office, and, our clients are never interupted during their home inspection, because the inspector is taking time away from the client by answering the phone. 
2. We use Homegauge Software to generate the report for our client.  This report is very discriptive without the scare tactics.  It gives our clients all the information that you need. It is our goal to give honest facts about the home.   Dont want to wait to print the report?  Just give the inspector your email, and the report will be ready by the end of the day.  Each day, all reports are uploaded for review.
3. Experience!  Our inspector has been in the construction business for 10 years, received his inspection training through AHIT, and is a member of NACHI.  (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors)  He is licensed through the state of Indiana, Bonded and Insured and on the McColly's list of Prefered Inspectors.
4. A One Stop Shop!  When you call Superior Services, you will not need to call any other.  Our inspector does a free mold inpection with every inspection and presents the EPA Guidelines to a client if mold is present.  We also do complete water testing, radon, and many other environmental needs.  We use a certified lab, with a quick turnaround.
