Our Experience

Prior to starting NotaryBids.com Chris was President and COO of a national notary signing service for almost 5 years and he has been in the Mortgage and Real Estate industry since 1995. His signing service grew to 10,000 notaries and over 1500 clients during his tenure. He has been involved in thousands of loan document signings and has a solid understanding of what companies want from their loan document signing agents and what loan document signing agents need to provide exceptional service for the companies they do business with.

In addition, Chris owns LenderTech [ www.LenderTech.com ] his web development and hosting company responsible for the development, ongoing support and hosting of this site and others. This combined experience is what we feel makes NotaryBids.com uniquely qualified to provide a "next generation" notary service to the Real Estate industry.

What we have learned

Fact 1: Lenders, Title and Escrow companies want the most experienced and professional notary signing agents they can find at the lowest price. They are willing to pay a premium to have someone else find them.

Fact 2: Notary signing agents do not want to work through middlemen like signing services and give up their hard earned fees to get work. They also want to build relationships with clients direct so they can cut out the middleman and get paid more.

Fact 3: In most cases, when a signing service is involved, the communication occurs directly between the client and the notary signing agent even though a signing service or similar is getting paid to manage the transaction.

Our core beliefs were developed from what we have learned

NotaryBids.com was started because I believe the following:

1. Notary signing agents should not have to give up 1/3rd of their fees to get work.
2. Lenders, title and escrow companies should not have to spend their valuable time searching notary directories, making tons of calls and haggling with notaries to get their loan docs signed.
3. Lenders, title and escrow companies should not have to pay a premium to a middleman who provides very little value for the cost to locate notary signing agents.
