Born and raised in Southern California, I am the second oldest of seven children and single mother of one son. Growing up in a large Hispanic household, I have learned the meaning of hard work and how to handle multiple tasks. I am most known for my personal integrity, accountability and customer care.
Going into my 10th year in the Escrow Industry, I have grown to be a very strong, dependable Escrow Officer. I am Bilingual in the Spanish language and very much enjoy being involved with my community. I am currently a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Their mission is to increase the Hispanic homeownership rate by empowering the real estate professionals that serve Hispanic consumers. I enjoy the challenge and rush of my every day work duties and at night I am the family oriented person that I was raised to be.
The past few years I have worked to get more involved with the Hispanic community. I have been a member of NAHREP for almost two years now. I feel that it would be beneficial for me to really prove to my community that I am interested in being involved and help them through the transition of purchasing and/or selling a home. Having worked with my people in my community, I have noticed that many of them do not understand the steps of the transaction and/or are being taken advantage of due to the language barrier. It is one of my priorities to help these people be more knowledgeable in going through one of the most important accomplishments of their life.
I am also a member of the Realty Investment Association of California. A small group consisted of investment specialists formed the Investment Division of the East Orange County Board of Realtors to share ideas and cooperate in marketing investment properties. The members of RIAOC come from several of the Southern California counties. Their motto is "Success Through Cooperation". The association provides information regarding investment real estate and business opportunities. It also provides education through financial, legal, legislative, and technological updated, courses, and seminars on investment real estate and related subjects. RIAOC promotes cooperation among real estate agents, maintains high standards of conduct and professionalism, and protects individual rights of real estate investment and property ownership.
Even though I am located in Huntington Beach, I have clients in Los Angeles County, San Diego County, and Riverside County. I take extreme pride in providing my clients with efficient, honest, and dependable service. It is extremely important for me to make an effort to build relationships with my clients so that they each feel like they are my only client and over time become my friends. I am not satisfied until my clients are satisfied.
I make it my priority to make sure that you and your clients receive the highest level of customer service and professionalism. I have learned that, brief encounters can result in long relationships. All it takes is one brief encounter to experience the service I provide my clients.
