We had previously met Eric when we had first started looking at houses about a year ago. We were viewing houses on our own , and Eric happened to be getting ready to show another house on the same street. When we entered the house ( what we thought was a nice house) , Eric was quick to point out all of the flaws that would need to be fixed with the house, and the asking price was way too high. So..about a year later we called Prudential about a house that was recently listed with them, and Eric answered the phone. Immediately, I knew I wanted Eric as our realtor, because of his honesty, and his straight-forward personality. We were able to purchase the house we wanted, and Eric was helpful through out the process. Eric, did not try and push us to agree to anything, just to get the sale. I believe it is very is very important to be able to feel comfortable with your realtor, and not have a realtor who trys to get you to compromise on what you really want in a house, or the price you are willing to pay for a house. Eric did neither of these.
