I have been a licensed Las Vegas real estate agent since 2001 when I hung my license at Century 21 MoneyWorld in Henderson.  A short time later I moved over to Century 21 Aadvantage Gold where I had the opportunity to work with some of the most successful real estate agents in Las Vegas and Henderson. Training under these real estate professionals has helped make me a successful Las Vegas Real Estate Agent today.

I have lived in the Las Vegas Valley for over 31 years, attending Green Valley High School and the University of Nevada Las Vegas.  I had the opportunity to serve my community as a Henderson Police Officer and SWAT Officer for over 5 years.  I left the Henderson Police Department in April 2005 to become a full time Las Vegas Real Estate Agent and I haven't looked back.

A Good Buyer Agent Is Essential
 
Purchasing a property without the assistance of a licensed real estate agent is not as easy as you would think. I realized this only when I failed in having a paperwork properly prepared when I rolled into a contract myself. Expecting it to be pretty simple I started inquiring about properties and came very close to a purchase on my own. Before I could finalize on the payments and other formalities I checked the documents with my lawyer. It was shocking; I was told that the documents were not good enough and I almost signed myself into a nightmare. As I was not comfortable in moving forward with the property, which now had some legal complications, I decided to go get help from a real estate buyer agent.
 
As I was browsing through the internet I found www.senasellsvegas.com in a search engine. This is a real estate website where Tony Sena sells properties in Las Vegas. After going through his website, I decided to contact him and purchase a property. I wanted to have the deal completed at the earliest because of the increasing demand in Las Vegas and their increasing value. I contacted Sena and told him about my requirements. They really took my request seriously and had a list of properties for me to select from. It was a quick job and to my surprise and all of the properties that they showed me were great.
 
As they say, "once bitten, twice shy" I wanted to have the papers examined by my lawyer, just in case. I short-listed a few and again had my lawyer check all the docs. The lawyer had no complaints and he was happy about the legal details. This motivated me to proceed quickly and purchase the property. The deal is over but I still have the contact details of Sena. I like the way they found a property for me in a very short time. I had already made up my mind about investing in the Las Vegas real estate market after coming to know about the increasing property values and the foreseen increase in the demand in the near future. I am happy that I have already acquired my first good rental property in Las Vegas. The credit should go to Tony Sena and his team as they are the ones who managed to get the right property for me. It is just their experience and their vast exposure to the real estate industry which has helped them in finding me the right property so quickly.
 
I am planning to purchase a condo for family in the near future.
