Neal has been a Realtor since 1996 and has served throughout Charlotte, Concord, Harrisburg, Lake Norman, Fort Mill, Union County and the surrounding areas.  Real estate has been his career since he graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 1995 with majors in communications and political science.  He has worked with two different "traditional" brokerages, run his own company for three years and finally, since 2004, affiliated with the RE/MAX network. 

Neal has spent hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars adding to his expertise with courses, seminars, books and DVD's.  In 2006, he attended the intensive Howard Brinton Annual Conference in New York City.  At this conference, Neal networked with over 1800 of the top agents from across the world, comparing ideas and learning lots of new ones to bring back and utilize in our market.  Earlier in 2006, Neal joined the elite group of only 1% of Realtors nationwide who have attended the course called "Ninja Selling" which focuses on how to help buyers and sellers keep more money in their pockets during their real estate experiences. 

Neal is also one of only 4% of Realtors who hold the Certified Residential Specialist designation.  He also holds the Certified New Homes Specialist designation and is a member of the Luxury Home Institute which requires special course work and teaches the intricacies of assisting buyers and sellers of higher end price range homes ($500,000+).

Neal and the Pender Group work in residential sales throughout the greater Charlotte, Cabarrus and Lake Norman areas as well as Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Union County, Rowan County and Iredell County.  Cities and towns include Mint Hill, Matthews, Kannapolis, Harrisburg, Concord, Midland, Cornelius, Huntersville, Mooresville, Weddington, Waxhaw, Pineville, Uptown Charlotte, Myers Park, Dilworth, Lake Wylie, Mountain Island and more.
