"Back in January my husband and I decided to sell our house.  I knew I had to move fast to get the house on market before he changed his mind.  I had no experience with any real estate agents; it was all new to me.  So like I do everything else I got on Internet and did research. and so did my daughter.  She sent me a few links to check out.  The realtor was Nannette Saunders.  I looked up her website and read through it and decided that I was very impressed.  So I called. She made time to see us immediately. She made us feel very comfortable right away and we liked her. She promised she would work very hard to get our house sold and help us find another home.  We found her to be very professional, but very down to earth and someone you would become very fond of as a friend. 

She sat me up on this automated email for every house in our price range as it came on the market.  And every time we saw a house that we were interested in she would work with our schedule to be available to show us. We did get a buyer for our house and actually found a house we loved all about the same time.  This is where Nannette´s strong points are.  Nannette must be quite the negotiator.  She managed to work out things.  Nannette is a very easy going calm person.  I think my point is we became very close during all of this.  There was so much going on and I was so confused and anxious about everything.  I called Nannette 5-6 times a day.  She always calmed me down and always made time for me.

I didn´t have to worry about a thing, Nannette took care of it.  She got the right people to take care of everything for me and I had to do nothing.  Selling a house is a very emotional experience and I have to say Nannette made everything ok.  I don´t plan on selling again, but if I did I would not hesitate to call Nannette Saunders."
