Most Realtors@ have an area that they specialize in...something they like best. My favorite area is new construction. I have worked with numerous builders in the area. In fact, for over 5 years, my family was in the building business, so I am very familiar with questions and answers for those who are interested in a new home. Because of this association, I have extensive experience with relocating families. My career began with first time home buyers, so in my heart, they are really my favorites.
