Details include, but not limited to writing a good contract, following the inspection process, keeping people informed, helping with the loan process, pictures, advertising, internet presentation, ordering title work, insurance purchase, utility connections, and  much more.  An important part is following up with everyone so by the closing time, everything comes together smoothly.
