Over a decade in Property Management and relocation assistance gives me the  ability to work with an endless variety of people and situations. I chose a career in Real Estate because of my love of working with and meeting new people. I have a dedication to providing my clients with outstanding customer service. In my free time, I volunteer for the United Way of Snohomish County. My involvement as an IDA Collaborative Member has allowed me the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of my neighbors here in Snohomish County. Much of the impact of our work is dedicated to providing education, counselling and matched savings for low and moderate income families. Many of the people that are helped go on to open a small business, further their education or purchase their own first home.

Trained Instructor for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. I teach First Time homebuyer seminars monthly to help educate our community about affordable first time homebuyer opportunities that are available. Seminars are provided free of charge and provide links to resources and non-profit housing agencies within the State of Washington.
