Bill Watkins has a Mississippi Brokers license, Louisiana Brokers License, graduated from Millsaps College, Jackson, MS with a BS degree, Masters from Tulane University in New Orleans La., and has had numerous courses in Mortgage Lending and Real Estate Law. Bill has a Residential Mississippi Contractors License but is a full time Broker in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. He also deals in Land for development, and is a member of the Jackson, Ms. Board of Realtors

Mary Watkins is a full time Mississippi Realtor. She is a graduate from Hattiesburg High School, graduate of Stephens College in Columbia, MO, has a BS degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, and did her graduate work at the University of Mississppi. Her experience in the past has been an FHA underwriter, with numerous Mortgage Lending and Real Estate Courses. 

We have one son that is now a Medical Doctor and furthering his medical career at Vanderbilt University Medical Center  Other members of their household are Mary's Mother and a 15 year old Chinese Shar-Pei that is head of the household.

We would like to express our appreciation for the recent feat accomplished by Bill and Mary in locating our new home.  They patiently took us through the paces until we reached that conclusion and they also were willing to accommodate our crazy schedules and van full of children as we combed Rankin and Madison Counties in seach of our dream home.  They too were indispensable in helping us "dog" the lender after the contract had been signed to insure that all the necessary documents were on the table for closing day.  I am sure we would not have closed on schedule if it were not for their expertise and diligence.  Finally, we would like to commend Bill and Mary for their graciousness and sense of humor.  Neither of us suffer fools gladly.  Although we think of ourselves as nice people we are discriminating if not downright picky.  Despite these obstacles, they perservered so we could prosper.
