Maria earned her real estate license and began a part-time career in real estate in August 2004.
As her experience and confidence grew, she decided to leave her full-time position as an Account Manager in the Telecommunications Industry. Since Fall of 2005, Maria has been working as a full-time Realtor with RE/MAX Unlimited in Brownsburg Indiana.
Maria's achievements include RE/MAX 100% Club in 2006. RE/MAX Executive Club in 2007. In addition, she has received monthly awards for the top Agent in April, August and December of 2006. Her success has continued into 2007 with monthly honors in April and November.
Maria is an active member of MIBOR (Metropolitan Indiana Board of Realtors), NAR(National Association of Realtors), IAR (Indiana Association of Realtors)

I am always focused on ways to help the client create an awareness of needs. By listening to the client and understanding their current situation it is easy to understand how is it working, how it is affecting them, how it is impacting them, and then understanding why they want to make the change. I can then help them find the perfect home with limited showings. I help them sell their home within a reasonable timeframe...tell the Buyer why you love your home, but also help them understand why you are moving.
