· Monica Rainey: She was very professional. What I admired most was that she is very detail oriented. She followed up on not only our concerns when buying our new homw, but she followed up on details we were not even aware of things she was concered over. For example, our home has an unusual roof made of metal. I asked her if she knew about metal roofs she said , " I will" True to her word the next time we met she had a large amount of information she had researched from the net. She knew how the roof was manufactured, What the specifications were and how out roof met those specs. She made me not worry about the hundred little things that frighten most buyers by showing me she was just as concered about the details herself. · As far as my experience goes with purchasing a home Monica Rainey was a great Realtor. Yes she earned her fee. She was informative, Pleasant and eager to be available to me. She is an excellent Realtor in the fact that she was not overbearing and did not try to influence my decisions for any possible personal gain!
