Joseph Wiszowaty, Director of Sales and Marketing- 18 Years of experience in the mortgage industry, extensive work and job experience in the mortgage arena as a Sales and Operations Director for a local mortgage company, former Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive for the entire State of Indiana and Illinois with Wachovia Bank and Senior Account Manager for the State of Indiana with Webster Bank. Served on the Village Board of Trustees for the Village of Sauk Village as the youngest elected official in the State of Illinois; during that time, served as Chairman of the Budget & Finance Committe; Judicial Review Committee and several other committees. Prepared and approved annual budget of $8.6 million dollars.
Paul Denesuk, Director of Operations- 30 Years of experience in the mortgage lending industry, graduate of Indiana University Bloomington, Indiana, former Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive for the State of Indiana with Sebring Capital and Bank United
Scott Swinford- is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist through the CMPS Institute. Not many loan originators have achieved this designation. Scott is not just your run of the mill loan officer! Scott works had for his borrowers, whether they have excellent credit or are credit challenged, he knows what it takes to get the customer to the closing table.
M. Pam Gasche- 15 Years of Experience, Assistant Vice President and Sales Manager- Pam has worked as a loan officer and has management experience in the mortgage lending industry in Northwest Indiana. Pam knows what it takes to get the job done and her homebuyers in the homes they want. Pam heads up "The Gasche Team"
Jennifer Mantai- Sales Manager with over 5 Years of Experience in the mortgage lending industry. Jennifer knows how to structure a loan to make it affordable for her buyers. Jennifer is an absolute mortgage professional. Jennifer heads up the "Matai Team"
Ruby Stover, C.M.P.S. - a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist- and specialize in mortgage planning for her buyers. Ruby has an extensive background in the mortgage industry and has a "can do" attitude for her buyers.
Mary Waddell- 9 Years of Experience, Mary has worked in the mortgage industry locally for many years and knows what it takes to get her buyers to the closing table with little headache!
Desiree Ladewig- is a true "Mortgage Professional" and treats each of her borrowers with the same level of care, applying the "Golden Rule" to each of the folks she helps get into their homes. Desiree is a great asset to MPG!
Dina Rees- Dina has many years of mortgage lending experience and brings a devotion to her buyers to the table! Dina works very hard for her buyers to get the homes they want. She works on her buyers loans as if they were her very own, she's dedicated to excellence. Dina has a "never say quit" attitude toward her buyers loans, she works very hard, day in and day out to get it done.
Jeanette Pease, Senior Loan Officer- Jeanette knows the industry very well and has worked with borrowers with less than perfect credit. Jeanette works very hard to get her buyers to the closing table with a "whatever it takes" attitude! Jeanette in addition to being a Senior Loan Officer is also a member of the "Gasche Team".
JoEllen Cooper- Is from the LaPorte County area and is familiary with the many challenges facing homebuyers. JoEllen, has many years of experience in the mortgage lending industry and is always ready to help! JoEllen is our Rural Housing Specialist!

Christopher Mantai- Chris joined the team in 2007 and has been doing an excellent job of helping his customers get into the home of their dreams. Chris works with several area Realtors and is ready to work for you!
Megan Austin- Megan has an extensive background in the mortgage business with 15 years of experience as a loan processor, loan originator and mortgage fraud investigator for a major lender, Megan goes the extra mile for her buyers. Megan knows how to structure the loan so it makes sense for the buyer.
Michael McKinney- Mike is one of the newest additions to our team. Mike works with many referral partners and is ready to become Porter County's top producing loan originator in 2008. Mike has worked with many Porter County Builders Association members and has worked with other mortgage companies before starting with Mortgage Professional Group. Mike knows what it takes to get his customers to that closing table.
Dianna Nannenga- Dianna comes to us from Admiral Mortgage in Hobart, which recently has closed. Dianna now has the tools necessary to do a fantastic job for her borrowers! Dianna has worked for over 15 years in the mortgage industry and now has all the tools and the right business model to get even more of her customers to the closing table.
Deborah Clemens- joined Mortgage Professional Group in 2008 as one of our processing staff. Deb is a dedicated individual that works hard to get all of our loan officers' customers to the closing table. You can't have a GOOD TEAM without a GOOD SUPPORT TEAM! Deb is a great part of that team!
Sarah Gray- joined us as our Processing Manager in 2007, Sarah was voted the BEST processor in Northern Indiana in 2005, 2006 and 2007! Additionally, Sarah was voted "Processor of the Year" in 2007. Sarah has received many accolades from many of our wholesale lender business partners.
