My experience with EOTM and Carla Barnes has been fantastic!! After trying unsuccessfully for two months to rent my property in this strange market, I decided to try something new. I had never needed any assistance in renting anything in the past, usually my properties rent fairly quickly. So, when I kept getting stood up or meeting people that LOVED the property but didn't follow up with any $$money$$ I was discouraged to say the least.
So, I called Carla at EOTM and gave her all the details and explained the kind of tenant I was looking for. We met right away and she took over everything!! Within a week she had three canidates to choose from. She made her recommendation and I agreed. She then went on to do all the leg work, which was very important to me as the property was in a new area to me, so I didn't know all the "in's and out's".
She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. She genuinely seemed interested in my being satisfied with the tenant and the tenant being happy in their new home.
It was a pleasure working with EOTM and Carla Barnes and I plan to do much more business with her in the future.
