A Accredited Mold Inspection Service, Inc. is a Florida corporation specializing in mold inspections and diagnosing mold and moisture problems in residential and commercial properties throughout South Florida. Your local A ACCREDITED mold inspector performs inspections and analyses in compliance with guidance from the Indoor Environmental Standards Organization, IAQA and others. Because we function as an independent inspection firm and not as a remediation firm, we have no conflict of interest. We have only protecting your interest and your health as our concerns.

Your local area inspector is Daryl Watters. Daryl has a Bachelor of Education degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio for teaching biology and general science. His science background has proven indispensable for resolving unusual mold issues related to building pressure, humidity and other building science-related problems that plague Florida structures. He has also been recognized as a Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE # 01952) by the Indoor Air Quality Association (AmIAQ). Please note that not all mold testing certifications are alike; AmIQA is one of the most respected certifying organizations in the mold and indoor air quality industry.

Mr. Watters is certified in mold inspections by PCI, EAA, and ESA. He has preformed inspections from the early 1990's to the present.
