Description:The difference between the Lowest Rate and the Best Rate that will save you $1,000's. 20 years of Experience You Can Trust, For Your Best Interest. Mortgage Planner, NAMB Certified Mortgage Consultant

About Us:

Keeping it Simple- one financial services firm that can handle all your needs (retirement, mortgage loans, insurance, tax & accounting). The HLM Group.

Making financial decisions require analyzing your current situation and your future financial goals.

  1. What is your timeline? For owing your home (how long have you typically lived at an address); for job changes, career changes, marriage, family...and retirement?
  2. What is your income trend? Is your income increasing, level, or decreasing- and is this a long term trend?
  3. What is your financial attitude? Are you conservative, moderate or aggressive?

The appropriate program matches your profile and may mean an adjustable rate mortgage is better than a fixed; or vice versa- even though the latest news says one thing or another.

Financial Priorities

Your plans need to be organized into these four major goals:

  1. Emergency Cash
  2. Significant Liquidity
  3. Debt-freedom (on your personal financial statement)
  4. Sufficient Wealth for Retirement.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 5/29/2007

Michael Noel Earns Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) Designation.

Tampa, Florida - Michael Noel, a mortgage lender with American Home Financial Services Corporation, has passed the qualifying exams to earn the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) designation granted by the CMPS Institute, Ann Arbor, Michigan, a training, certifying and ongoing membership organization created to help mortgage professionals integrate financial planning concepts into the mortgage process. CMPS designees can offer clients strategies that encompass mortgages, debt, home equity and real estate investment.

"My focus is to help my mortgage clients build and protect wealth by better managing their home equity and personal cash flow," says Noel, one of the few mortgage professionals to have both the CMPS and NAMB Certified Mortgage Consultant designations in the country.

Many homeowners have become frustrated and confused with the myriad choices in today's mortgage market and the lack of both ethics and financial knowledge among many mortgage providers. The CMPS Institute is a joint effort by leaders in the mortgage and financial planning industries to raise professional standards among mortgage professionals and integrate sound financial planning advice into the mortgage process.

Today life expectancy is higher than ever before; health care costs are skyrocketing; pensions are shrinking; social security is uncertain, and corporate America has gone through one bankruptcy after another. Today's mortgage market can be a dangerous place for some consumers with certain real estate markets experiencing signs of a "bubble," and "exotic" mortgages representing a greater market share than ever before. These signs point to the fact that homeowners and buyers need expert advice on how to manage their mortgage, cash flow and home equity.

This trend toward expert mortgage advice is growing in popularity. At the CMPS Institute more than 200 mortgage professionals are taking certifying courses each month. "A mortgage professional who dedicates the time and effort to learn about these financial concepts is much more qualified, committed and equipped to serve the complex needs of today's home owner and buyer," says Gibran Nicholas, Chairman of the CMPS Institute.

The CMPS curriculum incorporates five essential skill sets including:

· Financial market and interest rate analysis

· Cash flow analysis

· Debt analysis

· Real estate equity management

· Real estate investment analysis

Michael Noel Earns Prestigious National Mortgage Industry Certification

Tampa, Florida - Michael Noel, a mortgage planner at American Home Financial in the Tampa Bay marketplace, became one of only a small percentage of mortgage professionals to attain the standing as a nationally recognized Certified Mortgage Consultant. Noel passed the NAMB written certification examination on March 21, 2007 in Tampa.

The Certified Mortgage Consultant is administered by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) and is developed through extensive research by industry experts in the mortgage industry. This certification is gained only once the candidate has met certain requirements of experience and knowledge of the mortgage industry has passed a rigorous examination. Certified Mortgage Consultants have also agreed to abide by a Code of Ethics.

Mr. Noel has been lending for 20 years in Florida. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina; and he holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. He is an active member of the Brandon Chamber of Commerce and the Tampa East chapter of Rotary International.

"My primary role is to integrate my client's mortgage into their overall financial plan to help build long-term wealth. I often create the single largest debt of my client's personal life- I have a responsibility to structure it correctly and to help professionally manage that debt. In order to do that, I have to study my craft continuously. This certification reflects that commitment".

NAMB is a not-for-profit organization committed to promoting the highest degree of professionalism for members and to provide ethical and professional standards against which mortgage professionals can be measured. NAMB accomplishes its mission by setting certification and continuing education standards for mortgage professionals and through public education.
