I have been a resident in the state of Florida for almost 20 years; 4 here in the Sarasota/Bradenton area and the rest in Fort Lauderdale.  Originally from Long Island, NY, I spent 13 years living in the Chicago suburbs where I married my husband.  Together we have 2 children, Kendall and Matt, who currently attend Southeast High School's IB Program in Bradenton and Nolan Middle School in Lakewood Ranch.  I am a member of The Manatee Association of Realtors, The Sarasota Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors, and The National Association of Realtors. When not working with clients, you will find me in the classroom where I continues to sharpen my skills. 

Over the years, I have supported my community as a substitute teacher, school volunteer, Girl Scout Leader, Cub Scout Den Mother and church volunteer.  Before becoming involved in real estate, I worked in the printing industry developing and installing computer systems and software controls in newspapers all over North America including The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Chicago Tribune and The Toronto Sun, just to name a few.  I enjoy travel, cooking, good wine and music, as well as walking with our two Golden Retrievers, Buck and Skye.

My attention to detail and my solid reputation for the ultimate in customer service is what sets me apart in the industry.  I enjoy working with people and pride myself on my listening skills. In depth market analysis, effective pricing and home showing strategies, direct mail and internet exposure, and intimate area knowledge... all contribute to my success in achieving fewer days on the market and high satisfaction ratings from my clients.

I am very comfortable and familiar with the Florida Real Estate Market from Parrish and Palmetto on the north side to Nokomis and Osprey on the south side.  This includes the Bradenton and Sarasota areas, with Lakewood Ranch and Panther Ridge in the center.  I have been an active member of this community serving in various volunteer and paid positions in the Manatee County Schools.  I have a very strong understanding of the school district and the many schools within our district.  I have worked with company relocations - not only finding the right communities and helping after the move to locate professionals in those communities (like doctors and dentists) but I have even selected homes for clients who purchased them without them ever visiting the home.  I have a solid reputation of providing the ultimate in customer service and making sure no detail is missed.
