Real estate has dominated a major portion of my life in several areas. I received my first real estate license in 1976 in LA. I have been living in Pearl River County 15yrs. I enjoy serving in the home industry and have sold homes, designed and decorated homes and assisted my dad in building homes all of my adult life. I have served Pearl River Board of Realtors as Treasurer 3yrs,Secretary 1yr. and find myself as President Elect for the current year. I have about 150 peers here and enjoy them all.

 I am working toward my Broker's license not neccesarily to own my own firm but for expanding knowledge to better represent  my clients. I have earned my GRI and am e-certified. I serve on several committees locally and have gratuated from the Gulf Coast Leadrship Institute. I am looking forward to attending the State Leadership Institute in 2009. As a member each year of the Million Dollar Club I serve many buyers and sellers. Searching the county and beyond to match buyer and home is paramount in my business. I enjoy finding new and better ideas to sell homes.

I tell my clients that I want everyone happy at a closing, my seller is content with their proceeds, the buyer is satisfied he got a good deal and loves his new home and everyone invites me to their Christmas party. And they usually do! I don't specialize in houses, I specialize in People!  My goal is everyone completely happy .
