A great deal of my clients are referrals from my current clients.  I go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my clients know exactly what is going on at all times with their transactions.  Due to this, I have earned the confidence of my buyers and sellers.  They know that I always put their needs above all else.  It's not often that you will find an agent who will counsel a buyer NOT to buy....especially $2 Million+ deal but that is me.  I told my buyer it was not a good time to purchase and it turned out that I was right.  The market dropped in that area and my buyer would have lost a huge amount of equity.  I didn't make a commission but I made a client for life!

I began in the residential market but progressed to pre-construction......mainly condos and townhomes.  I have a 458 unit condo listing in Biloxi and am currently involved in several different projects in MS, AL and FL.  I have a large investor client base but have also developed a large "developer" clientele due to the fact that I have approximately $80 Million in Land Listings in Mississippi and Florida.

I am licensed in GA, FL, AL and MS and am working with several large clients who want to build apartments, single family homes, strip malls, self-storage facilities and restaurants.

 The GO Zone is a major tax incentive in my area and I have several properties that fit the criteria necessary to take advantage of the program.  (50% tax depreciation the first year!  You can't beat that.)
