I was born in New York but moved to New Hampshire at the age of 12 and then later to Vermont near the Canadian border. As beautiful as it is, the long winters brought me to pack my bags and move to Florida in 1990.

My hobbies include landscaping, interior design, boating, and camping. I share my home with my two dogs, Roxy and Lucy, and my three cats, Mickey, Ian, and Wednesday.

I take my motto "personal service, professional results" seriously as I am very meticulous in my work but am also extremely compassionate which to most people has made me their Realtor and friend.

Mike helped me find a home of my dreams.  He did the legwork that made it easy to look for a home and still have a life!  He did the research on any questions I had about a home.  He negotiated details that were important to me.  He makes you feel comfortable because he is honest and diligent. He worked around my schedule, which made things so easy.  I got my own castle and I didn't have to be a King to own it. It's not often you find a sincere, helpful person who is willing to go the extra mile.  It was so easy and fun to use my "mouse" to find a house. I was able to track my comments about each home, which helped to help narrow down to my favorite picks.  He helped me get a "sweet" deal on my Home Sweet Home.

Mike is a magical angel who believes in going the extra mile.  A rare find these days. Mike instills confidence and works closely with you, taking the time to answer questions and seeing to details.   This Spring (2007), in the midst of a buyers' market, we put a mobile home up for sale. Besides the fact that it had a high monthly maintenance, there were 6 other places for sale between the entrance to the park and the mobile home we were selling.
What to do?  Why call Mike Scofield, of course!   My husband and I are up in years and I'm disabled.  Mike took it on himself to "ready" the place for us.  He made some minor repairs; planted a few flowers and tidied up a bit.  This was a blessing for us, and resulted in getting us a buyer for our place.   Mike's more than a realtor who genuinely cares about people, he's also our new friend.   Now to find us a new home........
