Towns I Service:
Hamilton. Lots of nice homes to choose from. Prices from $120,000 to $800,000. Hamilton has great schools and a train station. Great parks too. This is the 7th largest municipality in NJ. 17 elementary schools, 3 middle schools, 3 high schools, great sports programs in recreation leagues and in high schools. The baseball and soccer teams in Hamilton have always competed at a high level, winning many State Championships. This is the town i specialize in. Lots of local history includes Washington's march to Princeton, along with other Revolutionary War history. Approximately 94,000 population in 34 square miles. Lots of new shopping and eateries. A great place to call home.
Ewing. Ewing is a pretty town with a wide range of pricing, from $130,000 to $600,000. along the Delaware, Ewing is gorgeous. Ewing is home to The College of New Jersey and sits along the western part of Mercer County between Hopewell and Trenton.
Trenton. Our Capitol, has a train station, affordable housing. Row homes range from around $100,000+, while many older and beautiful homes are throughout the city's 7 square miles. Our nation's fate was changed here when Washington crossed the Delaware into trenton to surprise the Hessians. This is perhaps our nation's most significant turning point.
Robbinsville. Newly named, formerly WASHINGTON TWP. Condos from $200,000 to 5,000 s.f homes. Also, Robbinsville has a beautiful new high school. Lots of growth, excitement , new shopping and many changes have given this town what feels like a new identity.
Lawrence. Great location near Rte 295 and Rte 1, minutes from Trenton and Princeton, with the most diverse housing stock in Mercer. $130,000 condos to million dollar properties. Home to Lawrenceville Prep, one of the nation's best private high schools.
Bordentown Twp. and City. The city is 300 years old, and farnsworth ave. is a must see. Great restaurants and shopping, affordable older housing. The Twp. is suburban, ranging from $220,000 to $500,000+. New High school.
Burlington Twp.. My home town, this town reminds me a bit of Hamilton in some ways with it's suburban expansion. Safe and nice, prices range from $150-$500k. Good school system, nice parks, easy commutes to Princeton or Philly. More affordable than most Mercer towns.
Florence. Florence also has a new high school, with diverse housing options. The village of Roebling is quaint, and ready for some new development (hopefully) at the old steel mill. Suburban Florence offers newer, larger homes from $300,000-$500,000. Florence has a new high school and a stellar high school football program.
Mansfield(Columbus). Features some 55+, some mini mansions and the old village of Columbus, which is charming.
Allentown. This tiny boro is very charming, has a lake/park visible from Main Street, cool restaurants, nice shopping, and is near 195 and NJTP.
Upper Freehold. Just outside of Allentown, a farming community with gentle growth of very large homes. Pretty, rural, country feel.
Plumsted / New Egypt. Plumsted has had many new larger home developments in recent years, while the old gritty town of New Egypt is a nice affordable locale. Lots of conveniences. New High school.
