About Fort Rucker:

Welcome to FORT RUCKER

                                                                                                                          Fort Rucker Alabama Museum

Fort Rucker is centrally located between Enterprise, Daleville and Ozark ALABAMA.  A short drive south on HWY 231 you will be in Dothan, AL. Dale County and Coffee County are located  in the Beautiful Wiregrass Community in the State of Alabama.

The Fort Rucker / Enterprise area offers some of the best views of helicopters. Ft. Rucker is home of the US Army Aviation and the Army Aviation Museum. A favorite with military retirees, the small towns of Ozark and Enterprise combine exceptionally low home prices with quality living.

The Relocation Specialist -

I was raised in Port Orchard, WA in the Great Northwest and attended South Kitsap High School.  Moving on to Tacoma is where I met my husband who was in the United States Army stationed at Fort Lewis.  Military Permanent Change of Duty Station (PCS) orders took us on a world wide adventure.

Stationed at Fort Gordon in Augusta GA, we decided to take a leap and get a piece of the American Dream - Homeownership.  The process from start to finish was full of questions and uncertainties.  After the closing I could not stop thinking "what did we just sign."  A few months later I enrolled for the Real Estate course with Meybohm Real Estate Institute.  A year after passing the state exam, I decided I wanted to help first time home buyers understand the process and educate them on the biggest purchase they will make. I placed my license with Blanchard & Calhoun Real Estate Co. in South Augusta where I received top notch training and unforgettable mentoring.  Thank you Linda Squarcette and Caroline Hampton.

Being an US Army spouse for 10 years, I understand the demands of a military PCS move.  If you are not assigned a sponsor or they fail to provide you with the information you need or desire, contact me and I can provide you with first hand knowledge of the Fort Rucker AL / Enterprise areas.

Testimonials

"Thank you for educating us and helping us to understand our first home purchase. Your patience and dedication will never be forgotten.  When we think Real Estate - we will think of Michelle Tucker, NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE.  We hope others get the chance to work with you at your next duty station."  AnnaMaria & Joseph Gibbs - Grovetown, GA.

My name is Tina Bovier and I am writing this letter to provide any future home buyers or sellers a testimonial to my personal experience with Michelle M. Tucker as my Realtor.  I had fallen on hard times as many others have in this housing market.  In July of 2006, I decided to put may house on the market with the first company I picked out of the phonebook without much research.  I signed a contract for six months.

In six months time, my agent did not show my house not once!  Around the first of January  2007, I was notified that both mortgages had intended to foreclose.  I had resolved myself to this fact and began vacating the premises.  I had known Michelle for about three years prior and she convinced me to let her have a try at selling my house.

She worked tirelessly and relentlessly.  She made suggestions on how better to present the property, (i.e. trimming trees and bushes that concealed the entrance way).  She took many pictures to best represent my home in the listing.  I truly believe she is a miracle worker because by January 28, 2007, she had found an interested couple who almost immediately signed a purchase agreement.  The successful sale of my house and property closed on March 6, 2007.  This was approximately six days before it was to be auctioned of at the Richmond County Courthouse.  I celebrated!  Michelle is a good person, an excellent Realtor, and my friend.  If you and your family are interested in buying or selling a home, please ask me about Michelle M. Tucker.  I would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.  My email address is tboiver@aug.edu.
