The one type of transaction most people don't enjoy is the short sale.  My staff and I have become proficient in this department.  We also have an incredible escrow officer we use who bends over backwards to make the transaction close on time and with as little stress on the client as possible.

In the Solano County area, there are many foreclosure properties available for sale.  We are experienced with helping the buyer negotiate to their benefit and are not afraid to advise people to walk away if that is in their best interest.
