I truly believe that extensive internet marketing is the key to my success.  As a former wedding photographer, I know how to take a photo highlighting the best features of a home. Each of my listings are promoted with the maximum allowed photographs as well as a Virtual Tour.  I maintain multiple websites that upload to so many other websites that I'm constantly amazed where my listings can be found.

I have created and nearly perfected my systems so that each client is educated about the process every step of the way and we avoid unnecessary surprises.

 I specialize in residential resale ~ both listing and selling. I spend a lot of time educating my clients about the local market conditions and the process of buying or selling. I find that the more I educate, the easier the transaction is.  I have been a full time career Realtor since 2001.

 I was named the top 25th Realtor by Transaction Volume by Real Trends, which is a publication by the Wall Street Journal. (Nov. 2006)

I recently was awarded the #1 Sales Associate in the State by Transaction Volume. I listed and sold 322 homes in 2006.

I would love to tell everyone what a wonderful experience Jon and I had working with you. I had heard horror stories about realtors taking advantage of their clients or not working in the best interest of their clients. I am soo glad we found you. You have bent over backwards for our family making late evening runst to get paperwork signed, finding out what programs are out there, helping us get a good mortgage with reputable company. If it weren't for you, we never would be in the home we have today as you were the one who told us about all the city programs! I thank God for sending you to us as you have gone more than the extra mile for our family. So when people tell e they are going to buy or sell a home, I imedadiately think of you! I had such a good time looking at houses with you, it was like just hanging out with a good friend. I will never forget the day you stopped by with some new listings and Joseph (son) answered the door and called to me, "Mom, Melissa's home!" That's what I felt like, part of your family. I hope you felt like part of mine. I have never seen someone get so excited over a home that was not their own. Most realtors show you a home and are impartial as to whether they like it or not or even if the client's like it. Alas, I have to say I was dreading the day we were to close on our beautiful new home, because I knew our partnership would be coming to an end and this saddened me greatly. So, I guess I will just have to call you to say hi, and see what you've been up to! You didn't think you were going to get away from us that easily did you?
