About Us:

Examining my competition is for the purpose of never having any. I am a very unique design/builder in many ways. Here are just a few. Being a woman in this industry has allowed me to look at design and building in an entirely different way than most others. Everyone knows that women are the "nest builders". Being a carpenter for 6 years at the beginning of my career has put me a step above, because of my hands on opportunities. My love for the historic architecture and those standards and systems that have outlived most others, has allowed me to create my own niche. My work has an antiquated, warm, comfortable feel, like Grandma's house, everyone loves being there, don't you?

Areas of Expertise

My work has a very antiquated feel inside and out. I will specialize in large casually elegant homes. I prefer to design, build and then sell. I have found that my work is easy to sell because I have been renovating over the years for a class of people that love quality and unique, one of a kind products. So I have put that thought process into my current projects.

Even though most of the amenities that I include are typical to my projects, the finishes are unique, interesting, warm and comfortable.

I am one of the only true design/builders. Most others are building companies that partner with designers or design companies that partner with builders. I am the one and only. No partners here, just me! That being said, I am open to the financial side of my business taking on partners and am hoping to do so with the help of this site.

I saw something once that said "Create the niche that you would most like to fill". I did that, there are no other Design/Builders like me, anywhere, I am sure of it.
