Cheryl and I work with First Time and Move Up Buyers and make sure they have all of the information nessesary they need to consider if they can purchase their new home. We serve our clients in the cities of La Habra, La Habra Heights, Brea, Whittier, La Mirada and Fullerton.We also love working with Families of Seniors, this is a tough time having to move parents or grandparents who have been in their homes for many years and now have to move for one reason or a other. We both have been through this process with our parents and have a passion to help others cope with the change. We specialize in first time and move up buyers, selling properties that are in Trusts, 1031 Exchanges and Investment income properties, sellers who need help and direction in todays everchanging market. We also like to help our clients invest in properties for long term fianicial benefits, 2,4 and up to 12 units are our specialty.

   Cheryl and Joe were a trememous help to my family and me. My Mother had lived in our family home since 1953. Seven years ago she was diagnost with Parkinsons and over the last few years she has regrested. Joe & Cheryl stepped in and did everything for us which was a blessing since I am living in Alaska and I was not always avalible to do things for the sell.
