I have been married for over 6 years and have a 4 year old daughter named Megan Grace  who  asked me why I wear my Wedding Ring. I told her "When Mommy and I got married, Mommy gave this ring to me so that everyone would know that she loves me and that I belong to her and I gave Mommy a ring for the same reason and we never take them off." We continued to play in her room and she brought out several bracelets while we were putting together a puzzle and asked me if I liked them. When she brought out a Clemson orange bracelet, I told her that I liked that one a lot. She gave it to me and said, "Here Daddy, I love you. Don't take this off." I can tell you - it doesn't get any better than that .

I've been in the Mortgage business for over 8 years after being in banking for 7 years. I really enjoy helping Residential clients who can not obtain a bank loan, because they are so much more appreciative than clients who anyone can help. It really is gratifying to help someone buy their home or refinance and save them money - especially when they thought they were beyond help.

Residential: I have programs for Clients with Perfect Credit down to Clients with past Credit Issues including Conventional, FHA, VA, Rural Housing, and SC State Housing.
