Up until a year and half ago I was a "stay at home" mother for 15 years.  I have always had real estate in mind and mentioned it many times to my husband.  Matt gave me the encouragement I needed to begin a new career.  A year and half has gone by and I absolutely love my profession.  I have learned so very much and gained so many new friendships.  It is a challenging job after staying at home for so long, and makes me realize how much I needed to do this for myself.  I love seeing my clients excited about the possibilities that are on the market and narrowing it down to that "perfect" home.  It has given me a sense of purpose and fullfillment to meet the needs of others!  My husband is a director of sales and marketing.  We have four beautiful children ranging in ages from 16-9, two girls and two boys. 

Relocation is something I am very familiar with as Matt & I have moved our family seven different times over the past 17 years.  Several of those times we built new homes so the building process is very exciting to me.  I understand what it is to move hundreds of miles away from friends and family and start all over again!  New schools, doctors, etc.  I would love to have the opportunity to help you through this process.  I am currently working on getting my ABR (accredited buyers representative).

I currently work in the Hills of Shannon Subdivision in Smithville, Missouri.  Hills of Shannon is located on 115 acres of gentle rolling hills with a community park, fishing lake, and walking trails.  It is just 20 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport, and 3 1/2 miles north of I-435.  Hills of Shannon is a community that enjoys the city's conveniences with a small town charm.

Smithville offers a 7000 acre lake for boating, fishing, and swimming and nearly 800 campsites to enjoy.  You won't have to look for a golf course!  Paradise Pointe Golf Complex has two 18-hole championship golf courses and a four-hole academy course for training.  Smithville residents enjoy no city property tax and AAA rated schools.
