I am all about education. Being learning based, I am constantly absorbing information to keep myclients well informed.  Focused and efficient, I create an action plan for clients to ensure precise and exact results based on their needs.  It is all about strategy.  When it comes to real estate, I take the logical approach.  Having bought, remodeled, and sold a house in San Francisco, I practice what I preach.  Being results-oriented, my analytical skills enable me to assess situations and quickly ensure a beneficial outcome.  Having graduated with a BA in Economics and Political Science from UC Davis, it all comes down to the numbers.  If the numbers do not add up to the highest profitability for the client, I will keep working until they do.  It must compute every time.

I am now part of a three person team who specializes in San Francisco real estate.  The Casciato Team consists of Maritza Casciato, Matthew Roybal, and myself.  More specifically, we specialize in San Francisco and the Northern Peninsula.  It is not one transaction for us.  It is a lifelong commitment to being of assistance in building wealth through real estate for our clients.
